These boots did not fit too small. I made a request to return and the next day DHL left a sticker on my door to pick up the boot. I was at work and was not aware they were coming. I then called and requested a pick up from my office. I then tried to drop it off at a drop off center. Could not find one thought on the internet it was listed. I was told the label was not prepaid and it would cost me $200 to ship back to so foreign country! While when I ordered these boot they were delivered In less than 48hours. I will call again for a pick from work. I want to return these boots.I just got these boots and have only worn them 3x so far but they are great! Very comfortable and warm, like slippers, especially with thicker socks. I wear a 7-7.5 normally and got the 8. They fit well with thick socks though are a little loose with regular socks but still OK. I love not having cold feet in winter! They haven't been in rain or snow yet. They look just like the picture.Update: I wore these in the snow last week and they are not waterproof. Granted, it was a wet snowy day but still disappointing considering the price and brand. Still comfortable and warm but would have preferred waterproof winter boots. So, boots are a tricky thing because you should always order a size up, but since that's a known fact does that mean they run small? Anyway, I wear a 7 and that's what I ordered. Should have known better because my other boots are a size 8. My bad. Had to return these to get the correct size. As for the boots, I wore them running all over Park City for the Sundance film festival. Wore them with one pair of the thinner Merino wool socks; they kept my feet toasty warm and were very comfortable. Get em, you won't regret it.These are great water resistant boots. They look stylish for a boot and are very warm. My only complaint is that there is no arch support. So, for anyone who has ever suffered from plantar fasciitis or spring ligament pain, a shoe insert is needed to wear these boots. I purchased the next size up in order to put shoe inserts in.These boots are a little stiff at first, but after a few wears they conform to your feet and are super warm and comfortable. They are not waterproof, but that's also what makes wearing them inside tolerable - they breathe! My last pair of north face boots lasted 6 years, and this pair seems even more reinforced at the heel and toe.The length of the boot was good but unfortunately due to me having a really narrow heel, my heel slipped up and down in them so I had to return them.I have this style in the ankle boot with faux fur, but these are PERFECTION, as I can wear them in deep snow without getting wet ankles/feet. They're so lightweight it feels like you're wearing nothing. Not to mention they look chic and I've even worn them out to dinner with skinny jeans and got compliments on them! These are the best boots I’ve ever had in my entire life. Super comfy so warm ! I almost don’t want to wear socks cause of how warm my feet get ! Light as a feather & their grip is great! Second winter with these & honestly they’re the only thing I look forward to when the cold Chicago winter comes back !I’ve had North Face snow boots before and found them lightweight and comfortable. Although comfortable and warm, I found that with these boots the high ankle width was too narrow/tight for thick socks, and they seem quite flimsy, so the boots will be returned and I will exchange for an adjustable lace up pair of Sorels that I was going to buy initially. While these might be hard wearing I found them not that easy to put on, I would have preferred a zip fastening but there are three buttons that have to be passed through the corresponding loops. Being an older person I found this difficult, if you have any dexterity issues these are probably not the boots for you. Overall I have given these three stars as they’re are not user friendly enough for me.These boots are like wearing duvets on your feet, brilliantly warm and cosy and are the best for winter walking. However this longer length design appears to have replaced their earlier design of a shorter pull-on boot which was superb. These boots are tricky and time consuming to put on with button and loop fastens which make them irritating to use. Having said that I have not found a warmer more comfortable boot which is also actually pretty waterproof too (without the weight of Goretex or similar).I’m back from a week trip in the Alps, the boots are very nice, very fashion, very warm, very snowproof, very easy to put on, fit perfectly (if you mesure your feet first) buuuut not waterproof! One day, the weather was warmer and the snow began to melt, then the water began to enter my boots. My foot were wet all day. I recommend them for the snow and the cold but not with a melting snow or rain. I will keep them because they are nice, confortable, warm and snowproof. But I will just use them during my Canadian winters! As a football mum who spends several hours a week outside watching her children, these are fab. Very light, really warm, proper sole. Really pleased with tgem, they will wipe easy when they get muddy. Nothing not to like.
